This herringbone pattern boards are made using ¾” strips of wood in a multiple stage laminating process. The short pieces that make up the “v” pattern help with the stability of the board and prevent warping in addition to forming the striking pattern that gives them their name. A beautiful addition to any kitchen! Makes an excellent hostess or wedding gift. Proudly hand made in the USA using local hardwoods.
- Dimensions: Approximately 5.5 x 13 x 0.75"
- Materials: Local Indiana hardwoods finished in a food safe linseed oil
- Care Instructions: Hand wash with soap and water. Apply mineral, coconut or walnut oil when needed (do not use vegetable oils). To disinfect, wipe with vinegar or lemon juice - let stand for 1 minute and apply oil
