Made from cotton, these neck pillows are filled with flax seed and lavender to enhance relaxation, meditation, or sleep. Each pillow has a removable insert and loop button closure along the ends of the cover. Use hot or cold to melt away tension and enhance relaxation. For heat therapy, warm in microwave in 15-second increments. For cold therapy, place in freezer for 20-30 minutes prior to use. Always test temperature before using.
