This board has a groove on 1 side to catch juice from fruits, meats, veggies or crumbs from crackers, breads, etc. If you don't need the groove, just flip the board over and use the side without the groove. Makes an excellent hostess or wedding gift. Proudly hand made in the USA using local hardwoods.
- Dimensions: Approx. 9.5"x 13.5"x .75"
- Finished in a food safe kitchenware oil
- Care: Hand wash with soap and water. Apply mineral, coconut, or walnut oil when needed. Do NOT use vegetable oils
- To Disinfect: Wipe with vinegar or lemon juice, let stand for 1 minute, rinse, then apply oil
