This medium circle is just the right size for a cutting board, serving small dishes, or as a platter. Use it as a standard cutting board. Flip it over! The groove around the perimeter on this side is great for catching loose crumbs and liquid runoffs. Makes an excellent hostess or wedding gift. Proudly hand made in the USA using local hardwoods.

- Finished in a food safe kitchenware oil
- Care: Hand wash with soap and water. Apply mineral, coconut, or walnut oil when needed. Do NOT use vegetable oils
- To Disinfect: Wipe with vinegar or lemon juice, let stand for 1 minute, rinse, then apply oil
