This herringbone pattern boards are made using ¾” strips of wood in a multiple stage laminating process. The short pieces that make up the “v” pattern help with the stability of the board and prevent warping in addition to forming the striking pattern that gives them their name. Makes an excellent hostess or wedding gift. Proudly hand made in the USA using local hardwoods.
- Dimensions: Approx. 6" x 9.75" x .75"
- Finished in a food safe kitchenware oil
- Care: Hand wash with soap and water. Apply mineral, coconut, or walnut oil when needed. Do NOT use vegetable oils
- To Disinfect: Wipe with vinegar or lemon juice, let stand for 1 minute, rinse, then apply oil
