Mrs. Anderson's Ceramic Pie Weights hold down the bottom of empty pie shells to keep pie dough from shrinking, bubbling, and buckling during the blind baking process. Use them for frozen pie crust or homemade pie crust from scratch. These useful baking accessories are individual, easy to place and arrange beads to work with any pie size. Heat transfers evenly so crusts bake to a perfect golden brown. Heat safe to 480-degrees Fahrenheit
