This 15.5" wide peel is perfect for taking pizzas and breads out of the oven or assisting in the placement of your baking pans. It has a beveled edge to make sliding under the food easier. Its generous width assists in your work.

- Finished in a food safe kitchenware oil
- Care: Hand wash with soap and water. Apply mineral, coconut, or walnut oil when needed. Do NOT use vegetable oils
