The Buttermate measures and dispenses pats of butter from one sliver up to eight tablespoons. Simply adjust the slider to your desired measurement and press to dispense. Includes two measuring scales for both East and West coast sizes. These scales are marked in both tablespoon and teaspoon increments and conveniently feature a conversion to cup measurements. The unit stores conveniently in the refrigerator door: no more messy wax paper or foil wrappers!!
